洋蔥菠蘿煮牛仔骨

步驟:

  1. 洋蔥、菠蘿,切塊

  2. 解凍牛仔骨,切塊,清洗瀝乾,用糖、豉油醃1小時

  3. 放油和薑入鑊,先煎熟牛仔骨,加洋蔥、菠蘿炒熟,完成
