薯仔炆豬腳筋

步驟:

  1. 飛水:煲熱水放豬腳筋滾20分鐘,再浸清水20分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 醬汁(糖、豉油、水)

  3. 薯仔去皮,切塊

  4. 薑、油爆一爆炆豬腳筋,加入醬汁(糖、豉油、水)20分鐘,加入薯仔煮15分鐘,完成
