蘿蔔煮雞軟骨

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞軟骨,清洗後用鹽醃雞軟骨10分鐘

  2. 放薑和小紅椒入煲,水滾放入雞軟骨滾5分鐘飛水,減雪味

  3. 蘿蔔去皮切小粒,水滾放入蘿蔔粒和少許鹽,煮10分鐘

  4. 最後放雞軟骨入蘿蔔粒,煮熟

  5. 完成
