棷菜白蘿蔔蕃茄肉絲飯

步驟:

  1. 清洗棷菜

  2. 白蘿蔔去皮,切塊

  3. 浸洗紅米、黑米、紫米和糙米6小時,電飯煲熟

  4. 清洗豬肉切條,鹽、油醃肉絲15分鐘

  5. 水滾煲白蘿蔔20分鐘,加煲7分鐘

  6. 炒肉絲加蕃茄煮熟

  7. 把棷菜、白蘿蔔、蕃茄肉絲和飯上碟,完成
