冬瓜腰果雜豆茨實薏米瘦肉湯

做法:

  1. 清洗冬瓜,切塊

  2. 浸雜豆30分鐘

  3. 浸洗腰果、茨實、薏米

  4. 汆水:煲熱水放瘦肉滾一滾

  5. 水滾後放下所有材料,煲2小時,完成
