木瓜花生眉豆紅腰豆茨實薏米麥冬豬腳筋瘦肉果皮湯

做法:

  1. 木瓜去外皮,刮瓤,清洗切塊,備用

  2. 飛水:煲熱水放豬腳筋滾20分鐘,再浸清水20分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 浸洗花生、眉豆、紅腰豆

  4. 浸洗薏米、茨實、麥冬

  5. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤,備用

  6. 飛水:煲熱水放瘦肉滾一滾

  7. 先下果皮,水滾後放下所有材料,煲1.45小時

  8. 完成
