燕麥片

為了健康改一改飲食習慣,煮燕麥片早餐,又健康又好味

材料:

  • 三份二湯碗燕麥片

  • 二湯碗水

  • 一匙羹芝麻

  • 一匙羹螺旋藻

步驟:

  1. 水滾下燕麥片,加蓋煮一分鐘

  2. 取走蓋煮二分鐘

  3. 加芝麻和螺旋藻
