雲耳雞腿紅米糙米黑米飯

步驟:

  1. 解凍雞腿,清洗後瀝乾,用糖、豉油醃30分鐘

  2. 浸洗雲耳15分鐘

  3. 清洗紅米、糙米、黑米,浸3小時

  4. 煲(紅米、糙米、黑米)15分鐘,加入雞腿、雲耳煲熟,最後加蔥,完成
