蛋糕

材料:

  • 低筋麵粉 120g
    雞蛋: 3隻
    糖: 30g
    水: 40g

步驟:

  1. 電動攪拌器打蛋和水,加糖打勻

  2. 篩低筋麵粉加入蛋漿內,膠棒慢慢拌勻

  3. 焗盤放牛油紙,倒入蛋糕粉漿

  4. 預熱焗爐,180度焗30分鐘,完成
