菜心雞扒肉炒米粉

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞扒,清洗瀝乾切小塊,用糖、豉油醃30分鐘

  2. 水滾灼米粉2分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 清洗菜心,瀝乾

  4. 加油、薑入鑊炒雞扒肉5分鐘,加菜心炒熟

  5. 加油入鑊炒米粉至乾身加少少鹽,再加熟雞扒肉、菜心炒勻,完成
