青瓜雞髀雞蛋午餐肉紅米糙米黑米飯

步驟:

  1. 解凍雞髀,清洗後瀝乾

  2. 清洗青瓜,切塊

  3. 午餐肉切細片
    打勻雞蛋加入午餐肉拌勻

  4. 浸洗紅米、糙米、黑米3小時

  5. 煎熟雞蛋午餐肉
    水滾加薑灼熟雞髀、青瓜
    電飯煲煮熟(紅米、糙米、黑米)
    青瓜、雞髀、雞蛋午餐肉拌飯,完成
