紅蘿蔔粟米馬蹄牛蒡薏米果皮湯

做法:

  1. 紅蘿蔔去外皮,切塊

  2. 牛蒡去皮,切片

  3. 清洗粟米,切塊

  4. 清洗馬蹄、薏米

  5. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

  6. 水滾後,加入全部材料,煲1:30小時,完成
