梅菜煮白矮瓜

步驟:

  1. 浸洗梅菜10分鐘,切粒

  2. 清洗白矮瓜,切片

  3. 白鑊炒梅菜

  4. 油和薑入鑊,煎白矮瓜兩面,加入醬汁(蠔油、糖、水)和梅菜,蓋上蓋煮2分鐘,加蔥段,完成
