閒來寫一寫

黑加倫子味凍餅

材料:

  • 淡忌廉: 200ml

  • 手指餅: 6條

  • 黑加倫子味啫喱粉: 40g

  • 糖: 10g

  • 魚膠粉: 5g

  • 熱水: 20g

  • 凍水: 10g

步驟:

  1. 手指餅,放入牛油紙盤,備用

  2. 熱水溶啫喱粉,拌勻

  3. 凍水加魚膠粉,熱水座溶

  4. 用電動攪拌器打淡忌廉至起泡,加糖再打至微結,加入加魚膠粉拌勻

  5. 加入溶啫喱粉,膠棒拌勻

  6. 倒混合漿入手指餅底模內

  7. 最少雪4-5小時,完成
