牛油曲奇

材料:

  • 低筋麵粉 200g

  • 雞蛋 1隻

  • 啡糖 20g

  • 牛油 40g

步驟:

  1. 溶牛油後加糖攪至軟化,加入雞蛋攪滑

  2. 再逐少加入低筋麵粉,慢慢攪勻

  3. 把粉團搓成小塊,放在牛油紙焗盤上

  4. 用170度,上下發熱,焗18分鐘

  5. 完成後,放在隔熱架上15分鐘
