南瓜粟米粒魚肚雞肉薑片湯

做法:

  1. 清洗南瓜去皮和核,切小塊

  2. 浸魚肚30分鐘,切成小塊

  3. 清洗雞肉,用少許鹽醃10分鐘

  4. 預備粟米粒,兩片薑

  5. 水滾後放下材料煲25分鐘,完成
