蘿蔔炆牛肋條菜芯煮麵

步驟:

  1. 清洗蘿蔔,去皮切開

  2. 解凍牛肋條,清洗後汆水

  3. 預備薑、小紅椒、香料

  4. 加薑、小紅椒和香料入煲,水滾加入牛肋條、蘿蔔和一小粒冰糖,蓋上蓋煮45分鐘
    灼熟菜芯和麵,加入蘿蔔牛肋條,完成
