菜心豬腩肉蕎頭螺絲粉

步驟:

  1. 清洗豬腩肉後,瀝乾,用糖、豉油醃豬腩肉30分鐘

  2. 把螺絲粉放入熱水滾一滾,熄火焗20分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 加油入鑊,炒熟豬腩肉,備用

  4. 水滾煮熟菜心加入螺絲粉和蔥,完成後放上熟豬腩肉和蕎頭
