浸雞

步驟:

  1. 清洗雞後,用鹽抹雞裏外,等一小時瀝乾,放薑蔥,鹽,花椒,八角煲熱水,放雞入熱水浸二十分鐘,熄火焗五分鐘

  2. 完成
