麵包

材料:

  • 200g 高筋麵粉

  • 5g 依士粉

  • 140g 暖水

步驟:

  1. 暖水溶依士粉10分鐘

  2. 混合高筋麵粉和依士粉,倒入有牛油紙的長焗盤

  3. 密封1小時,待粉團膨脹兩倍大

  4. 焗爐170度,上下發熱,焗20分鐘
