木瓜蓮藕紅蘿蔔花生眉豆紅腰豆大花豆瘦肉湯

材料:

  • 木瓜、蓮藕、紅蘿蔔、花生、眉豆、紅腰豆、大花豆、瘦肉、果皮

做法:

  1. 木瓜去外皮,刮瓤,切塊
    蓮藕去外皮,切塊
    紅蘿蔔去皮,切塊

  2. 浸花生、眉豆、紅腰豆、大花豆

  3. 飛水:瘦肉放入熱水內滾一滾

    image

  4. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

  5. 先放果皮,水滾放下材料,煲1:45小時,完成
