粉葛牛大力土茯苓川卑解赤小豆扁豆豬骨湯

做法:

  1. 清洗粉葛和牛大力

  2. 浸赤小豆扁豆15分鐘

  3. 浸乾土茯苓5分鐘

  4. 浸乾川卑解5分鐘

    image image image

  5. 飛水:豬骨放入熱水內滾一滾

  6. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

    image image

  7. 先將果皮放入清水煲滾,再加入全部材料,煲2.45小時

  8. 完成
