焗鱸魚

步驟:

  1. 先清洗鱸魚,瀝乾

  2. 用刀在魚身(底和面)各切三下
    用海鹽抹勻全條魚(包括魚肚)醃30分鐘

  3. 放入焗爐,上下發熱,200度焗30分鐘,完成
