菜芯煮韓國芋絲

步驟:

  1. 浸韓國芋絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 清洗菜芯

  3. 加薑和油入煲內,水滾先灼菜芯2-3分鐘
    再放韓國芋絲煮3分鐘,加少許鹽

  4. 完成
