小白菜煮雞軟骨

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞軟骨,清洗後用鹽醃雞軟骨10分鐘

  2. 清洗小白菜

  3. 放薑和小紅椒入煲,水滾放入雞軟骨滾5分鐘飛水,減雪味

  4. 用油、薑爆一爆雞軟骨,加一碗醬汁(糖、豉油、一碗水)蓋上蓋煮8分鐘,再加小白菜煮熟

  5. 完成
