白米加三色藜麥花生豬骨粥

步驟:

  1. 米2杯加1杯三色藜麥,加鹽、油浸入清水30分鐘

  2. 浸入花生1小時,備用

  3. 用盬醃豬骨30分鐘後,飛水

    image

  4. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

    image

  5. 加果皮入真空煲,水滾加米、三色藜麥、花生和豬骨,明火煲20分鐘,放入真空煲內3至4小時,取出用明火再煲20分鐘

  6. 完成
