浸冰鮮雞

步驟:

  1. 先解凍冰鮮雞,清洗後瀝乾

  2. 用鹽醃雞裏外一晚,(可用酒塗渾雞),放入雪櫃

  3. 放薑、小紅椒、香葉入雞肚內,水滾(水要浸過雞)大火滾5分鐘,熄火焗45分鐘

  4. 切件,完成
