煎雞軟骨

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞軟骨,清洗後用鹽醃雞軟骨10分鐘

  2. 放薑和小紅椒入煲,水滾放入雞軟骨滾5分鐘飛水,減雪味

  3. 用油和薑煎雞軟骨,加入豉油和糖蓋上蓋煮10分鐘

  4. 完成
