紅菜頭竹薯牛篣粟米西施骨湯

做法:

  1. 紅菜頭去皮,切塊

  2. 竹薯去皮,切片浸水

  3. 牛篣去皮,切片浸水

    image

  4. 粟米切段

    image

  5. 飛水:西施骨放入熱水內滾一滾,再用水清洗

    image

  6. 水滾後放下所有材料,煲1:30小時

    image

  7. 完成
