蝴蝶酥

材料:

  • 酥皮: 1片

  • 白糖: 少許

步驟:

  1. 由冰箱取出酥皮,15分鐘後測試酥皮軟化

  2. 酥皮面灑滿白糖

  3. 酥皮左右捲約1吋至中間留半吋空位,每層再灑白糖

  4. 對摺酥皮,切半吋闊

  5. 把中間分開,放入牛油紙的焗盤上

  6. 用170度,上下發熱焗16分鐘
