南瓜炆排骨

做法:

  1. 清洗南瓜,切粒

  2. 清洗排骨後,用少許香茅椒鹽、黃薑粉和糖醃排骨20分鐘

  3. 放一碗水入煲內炆排骨20分鐘,加入南瓜粒,再煮10分鐘,加蔥,
